Jeff was presented with the Ron Muns Lifetime Image Credit: HDI Achievement Award at the HDI Conference & Expo in Orlando, FL. Mr. Rumburg, who launched the industry’s first service desk benchmark, and designed the first ROI model for technical service and support, joins the elite list of industry luminaries who have won the award, including Malcolm Fry and Ron Muns.
